If no specific requests are made, multiple orders will be packed together. For gift orders, please request individual packaging in the delivery memo at the time of purchase.
Most products from Charlotte Kim Jewelry are handmade to order. Production and delivery take approximately 5-14 days (excluding holidays) after payment is completed.
If there is a delay in production due to circumstances related to our partners, we will contact you individually.
For bank transfer payments, production and delivery will begin after payment confirmation.
[Care]
Due to the nature of metals, color and luster may fade over time. After wearing, we recommend wiping the jewelry with a soft cloth and storing it in a zipper bag.
All metals are susceptible to discoloration when exposed to salt, sweat, perfume, sprays, etc. Please avoid wearing jewelry during bathing, sleeping, exercising, swimming, and spa activities.
Due to the nature of 925 Silver, it may bend during unpacking. If bending occurs, gently adjust the shape with your hands.
If your silver jewelry becomes discolored, gently clean it with a cloth dampened with silver cleaner.
Do not use silver cleaner on gold-plated items. Re-plating is available; please contact our customer service at +82-10-2829-0984 or via our KakaoTalk channel 'Charlotte Kim Jewelry.' (One free re-plating service within 3 months, charges apply thereafter.)
[Warranty Service]
For A/S inquiries, please contact our customer service at +82-10-2829-0984 or via our KakaoTalk channel 'Charlotte Kim Jewelry.' Please enclose or bring the warranty card received with the product.
If your jewelry is damaged during wear and needs repair, we offer paid or free repairs depending on the extent of damage and availability of materials. (For shipping, the round-trip shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.)
- Products over 2 years old are not eligible for A/S, except for simple chain separation due to connecting rings or pearl detachment.
- Example: Pendant re-making, missing parts, etc., that require new production are not eligible.
- Products within 2 years of purchase are eligible for free or paid A/S depending on the service item. (User-caused loss/damage within this period will incur repair costs.)
- Paid repair items: Re-plating (one free within 3 months), size adjustment, A/S due to customer fault, pearl chain breakage, internal chain breakage, earring post detachment, etc.
- Non-repairable items: Re-making of gemstones, non-adjustable size items, unavailable parts, etc.
- Products over 2 years old are not eligible for A/S, except for simple chain separation due to connecting rings or pearl detachment.
If you send products without prior A/S request, they will be returned without notice.
Lifetime free silver cleaning is available. (Round-trip shipping costs for cleaning are the customer's responsibility.)
[Refund & Exchange]
Exchanges and returns due to change of mind are possible within 5 days of receiving your item, provided the product and packaging are undamaged and unworn. A/S request must be made within this period.
Custom-made items, engraved pieces, pearl jewelry, worn items, repaired items, scratched or otherwise altered products are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, if the product is defective due to the seller's negligence, we will exchange it for the same item.
Refunds are processed after the product is returned to our headquarters. If you received any complimentary gifts with your purchase, these must also be returned along with the product and any other packaging to proceed with the exchange or return.
Due to the nature of plated products, the plating may wear off over time with use. Exchanges and returns for this reason are not accepted. (However, one free re-plating service is available within 3 months, charges apply thereafter.)
